Pre-Bed Snack: gin-n-tonic


AM 140 I had a score of 82 yesterday evening. I ate a small amount of dark chocolate chips twice during the night. I thought I would have hypoglycemia but was incredibly high this morning. I truly do not understand blood sugar!
