b I did not put enough salt in this mix and probably needed a touch more sugar. I'll see how my bread - to be made this coming Saturday - turns out.
MID The people who are supporting me at Blue Cross recommend I test three times a day. (I guess I have been doing the twice a day for long enough to raise their hopes?) I am going to bracket my evening meal but I don't know how often or how long I will do this.
