  • Creamme of Chicken soup mixed with
  • Leftover rice pilaf 

Kathie called telling me her car had died. So, I drove to pick her up, take her to work and then come back to await the tow truck…

Breakfast #2: a single slice of sour dough bread with milk and a cup of coffee

Lunch: At the DCCC cafeteria for
  • Salad
  • Sliced ham
  • Sliced turkey
  • Mashed potatoes and brown gravy
  • Dressing
  • Pumpkin pie with whipped creamme

Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf dinner and glass of water

Breakfast: two eggs scrambled with left over fried bacon and coffee

Lunch: a Gyro from Arbys, fries and a “Diet Pepsi”

Snack: Sunday from Fredy’s Custard store Dinner: We went to Dairy Queen and I had
  • 6 chicken stripes
  • . French Fries
  • Slice of “Texas Toast”
  • Bottle of water

Snack: a gin-n-tonic

Breakfast: a fine mixture of
  • some leftover seasoned hamberger,
  • a bowl of spoon sized shreded wheat and
  • coffee

Lunch:
  • I used the left over corn
  • ham sandwich and
  • two ears of corn and
  • water

Snack: the last three chocolate chip cookies and coffee

Dinner: We went to the Boot Hill Casino restaurant and I had:
  • salad with
  • a nice home made chicken noodle soup,
  • 8 oz Filet Minon steak
  • Double baked potatoe
  • Small amount of underboiled carrots
  • Chunks of pseudo-French bread and
  • “Diet Pepsi”

When I got home, I had the last chocolate chip cookie.

  • three brots boiled in bad beer and

Dinner: a famile favourite of
  • chicken,
  • rice pilaf,
  • aspargius and
  • a bottle of LandShark

Breakfast: left over seasoned hamburger, English muffin with grape jelly and coffee

Lunch: KFC chicken piece, potatoe wedges and Diet Pepsi

Dinner: Rest of the chicken from lunch

Snacks: two of them
  • nice beer at theater
    • Popcorn and
    • “Diet Pepsi” at theater
  • Boiled noodles with catsup on them

Results: A couple of hours after going to bed, I woke up realizing I was about to vomit. So, I went to the big bathroom and nature had it’s way.

  • refried beans
  • cheese
  • lettuce

  • Boiled two ears of corn on the cob
  • Desert was the slice of bread I buttered to butter the corn but with grape jelly

Dinner: We had the choice of Pizza or going to Central Station and I had:
  • Salad
  • 8 oz filet mignon with bacon
  • Baked potatoe with sour creamme and butter
  • Chocolate pudding/chocolate cake and whipped creamme and

Lunch: I made homemade spaghetti sauce and put this over a mixture of regular noodles and angel hair. I think this turned out very well. I had cold water.

Dinner: A cobbled together mess
  • Can of creamme of chicken soup mixed with
  • Canned chicken
  • Small piece of bread with peanut butter

Dinner: at the Old Chicago in Garden City for

  • Spaghetti with meat sauce
  • Split a large chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream
  • 2 glasses of “Diet Pepsi”

When Kathie told our waitress I liked the spaghetti they used to serve, she offered to make me some spaghetti. This was very kind of her and she got a nice tip…
