Veterans Day 2016

Friday, Veterans Day (11 November 2016)

Breakfast: creamme of wheat and two slices of sour dough toast and two cups coffee

Snack: peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich and some more coffee (and dark chocolate chips)

Lunch: left over spaghetti and coffee

Snack: dark chocolate chips

Dinner: Kathie did her Mexican of

  • hamburger
  • refried beans
  • cheese
  • lettuce
  • bottle of LandShark
