12 January 2009

Breakfast: Oatmeal, slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, a bananna and water.

Lunch: Plain yogurt with strawberries and a little orange.

Snack: some God Awful chicken soup with little bits of cooked dough.

Dinner: Left over chicken and rice pilof, a bannana and water

Pre-Bed Snack: slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter
