Breakfast:  Burger King "SOS",  potatoe disks and coffee.

Lunch:  From Subway,  a large ham and turkey with lettuce on whole wheat (not my usual meatball!),  chips and a medium "Diet Pepsi".

Dinner:  ZATARAIN'S
Dirty Rice Mix with 1.7 pounds of hamberger (vice the recommended 1 pound) and broccoli florets.
