Breakfast: Left over homemade potatoe soup and a can of DP.

Lunch: A Subway foot long meatball samwhich on whole wheat bread, some chips and most of a medium "Diet Coke".

Snack: Some choclate.

Dinner: Salmon, boiled potatoes, broccoli and water.

Pre-Bed Snack: A bottle of MGD.
