Breakfast: Oatmeal, slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, an apple and most of a cup of coffee.

Lunch: At work, a chicken breast, two chicken legs, mashed potatoes with white gravy and water.

Dinner: A chicken, noodle and spegethie sauce TV dinner and water.

Pre-Bed Snack: gin-n-tonic
