Breakfast: oatmeal and a cup of coffee

Lunch: small chunk of corned beef and a small bowl of a rather over
spiced home made potatoe soup I'd made (a waste of ingredients BTW...)

Snack (at movies): popcorn and "Diet Pepsi"...

Dinner: hamburger and bowl of tomatoe soup with oyster crackers
