Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal and a small bag of sugar coated donuts,
washed down with a cup of excellent coffee :-) (I didn't make it...) ;-)

Shack: a 1 oz bag of Boulder Canyon "Natural Foods" Totally Natural
"Kettle Cooked Potatoe Chips" and a bit more coffee...

Lunch: the rest of the left over speghetti noodles, from the other
night, and a can of tomatoe sauce (no meat) and some ice water.
