Breakfast: oatmeal, two slices of sour dough toast with peanut butter
and a cup of coffee

Snack: a cup of coffee

Lunch: Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Cajun Style Chicken & Scrimp
(Chicken Tenderloin & Shrimp with Rice and Vegetables in Spicy
Cajun-Style Sauce) and water

Snack: after donating blood, 1½ bowls of excellent potatoe soup and water

Dinner: steak, baked potatoe (with butter and sour creamme) and ass-par-gus and water

Post Dinner snack (why not? my blood sugar was 195! and what did I have to lose?) some potatoe chips and cottage cheese
