Cuatro de Mayo (i.e. 4 May 2009)

Breakfast: oatmeal and water

Snack: a couple of Krespy Kreamme Donuts (were quite sweet but really
"hit the spot")

Lunch: left over roast beef, potatoes, carrots and gravy from night
before last, plus a 1.5oz bag of Cheeze-Its and water

Dinner: Six baked chicken legs, a large amount of raw carrots and a
"medium" potatoe
