Breakfast: From Burger King, the large omlette samwhich, potatoe
thingies and a cup of coffee.

Lunch: A Burger King double hamberger, fries and a medium "Diet Coke"

Snack: some left over speghetti noodles and a can of DP (my first in
weeks!)

Dinner: a "Garden Salad" from Applebys (no meat), with the left over
scrimp on it and water.
(I now remember making boiled rice last night and had that with the
steak...)
