Breakfast: Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf (Meat Loaf with Rich Brown Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Corn Blend & Apple Cranberry Multigrain Crisp) and coffee

 Snack:a couple of glazed donuts and my bad coffee from this morning...

Lunch: We had "breakfast for lunch" and this was:
  • well cooked bacon
  • scrambled eggs
  • Serra Lee Coffee Cake
  • water
 Snack: We saw a cute movie and had popcorn and "Diet Pepsi"

Dinner: Kathie made her rice pilof and put canned chicken in. The pilof was fine but the chicken sucked! I ended up putting lime juice and Worcester Sauce on it to kill that flavour that came with the chicken...
