Breakfast: oatmeal and peanut butter and grape jelly on a hamburger bun and coffee
Snack: little Oreos and coffee
Lunch: We went to "King's Buffet" and had a mixture of beef and chicken dishs, some rice, some sliced potatoes and choc pudding. Our waitress, who is Oriental (Chinese?) and who speaks English as a second language, had no problem with the "Diet Pepsi, no ice".
Dinner: Healthy Choice beef, potatoes, carrots, apple crisp and refrigerator water. (Oh, yeah, a gin-n-tonic...)
