Lunch: chicken noodle soup from Quixos and since this didn't fill me up, an 8" "diet" pizza with tomatoes and "exotic" cheese (and water)
Dinner: We went to the Boot Hill Casino and had dinner there. Since I was still doing the "don't-eat-red-meat" test of digestive track (which involved collecting fecal samples...), I could not have red meat. I told the waitress that I could not eat red meat ("doctor's orders") and she pointed out the fish section. So, I had...
- salad with Thousand Island dressing
- a very small cup of a homemade noddle soup with a couple of chicken chunks in it
- Mississippi deep fat fried catfish (good stuff!)
- french fries
- weird cole slaw
- roll with butter and
- split a "death by choclate" cake with Kathie.
We had very good service; it is so nice when the waitress actually cares about serving the customer and then does so well.
