Lunch: canned speghettie and "meatballs" and a slice of sour dough bread with peanut butter and grape jelly
Dinner: Healthy Choice Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, corn, some kind of apple desert and iced water
Snack: some cheese
