Breakfast: cheerios, a slice of toast with peanut butter and grape jelly and coffee

Lunch: My wife and I went to Sonic and I ordered

• #1 hamburger with mustard (it came without the usual ketchup)
• fries
• medium "Diet Coke" with no ice (this actually came with out  ice!)

Now, normally Sonic is very tight with handing out ketchup. I expect 2 or 3 little bags of the "precious" substance so I asked for "a lot of ketchup, please". When the order was read back, it included "extra ketchup". I knew better than to get excited about this...

When we sorted out the contents of the box lunch came in, I added up the "extra ketchup" and we had

little bags of ketchup. Yup, we really got the "extra ketchup"!

Dinner: chicken I baked yesterday, a potatoe I baked today, boiled broccoli and some iced water.
