Breakfast: rest of the meatloaf, some of the left over speghetti noodles and coffee
 
Lunch: at Burger King for a half pounder, fries and a large "Diet Pepsi"
 
Snack: dark chocolate
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Chicken Margherita and iced water and dark chocolate
