Breakfast:  creamme of wheat, two slices of sour dough bread with strawberry jam and coffee
 
Lunch: speghettie with meat sauce and meatballs at "Bella Italino" {sic} and "Diet Coke"
 
Snack: a small piece of Kathie's birthday cake
 
Dinner:  Marie Callender's Country FGried Pork Chop & Gravy, a chunk of dark chocolate and iced water
