Breakfast: creamme of wheat, slice of toast and coffee

Lunch: at King's for rice, chicken, beef, vanilla ice creamme and "Diet Pepsi"

Dinner: at Applebys for:
  • bowl of onion soup
  • fahitas with:
    • steak,
    • chiken,
    • sour creamme,
    • rice and
    • white cheese
  • iced water
Snack: gin-n-tonic
