Breakfast: the last of the leftover roast beef, potatoes and carrots and gravy and cold water
Lunch: chicken, fish, french fries, salad at Long John Silver and a glass of "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: Marie Callender's Country Fried Pork Chop nd Gravy (Breaded Pork Chop with Cheddar Topped Mashed Potatoes, Home-Style Gravy and Cinnamonb Glazed Apples and then a chunk of dark chocolate and iced water
