Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee
Lunch: at the DCCC, I had
- spare ribs
- an over spiced "buffalo wing"
- a meatball or two
- Mexican rice
- chocolate cake with vanilla ice creamme
- "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: Healthy Choice chicken, mashed potatoes and white gravy and corn and a glass of cold water
Snack: piece of dark chocolate
