 Breakfast: Wheaties and coffee
 
Snack: a couple of little squares of dark chocolate
 
Lunch: Healthy Choice classic Chicken & Noodles (Chicken Breast with freshly made noodles in a creamy sauce with vegetables) and some cold coffee
 
Snack:  a chunk of dark chocolate
 
Dinner: We went to "Big Bucks Pizza" in Minneola Kansas and I had the all meat pizza. I liked it and took home about half of my side of the pizza; it'll make a good lunch on Moanday. It had a lot of meat on it but my stomach was fine - no vomiting - so I guess it is the beer that makes me barf when I have a steak and a couple of beers...
 
Snack:  a Reeces cup and a gin-n-tonic...
