Breakfast:  scrambled eggs, 2 slices of well cooked bacon, two slices of sour dough bread and coffee
 
Snack: more coffee
 
Lunch: two hot dogs, boiled white rice with butter and coffee
 
Snack: coffee and a couple of chunks of dark chocolate
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf, a chunk or two of dark chocolate and iced water
