Breakfast: I made myself:
- fried bacon
- three fried eggs
- one small, sliced, potatoe fried in the bacon fat
- coffee
- cold water
Snack: small piece of dark chocolate and some coffee
Lunch: two hot dogs, coffee and water
Dinner: Healthy Choice Chicken Margherita with Balsamic (chicken tenderloins with Angel Hair Pasta, Roasted Garlic & Tomatoes in a Balsamic Vinaigrette Sauce) and iced water
