Breakfast: bowl of cheerios, some dark chocolate and coffee

Snack: a chunk of dark chocolate and more coffee

Lunch: a half of a left over ham/bacon sandwich and a can of Pepsi Max

Snack: one of those little cakes in a coffee cup

Dinner: steak, baked potatoe, broccoli and cold water

Snack: a g-n-t
