Breakfast: bacon and cheese and "scrambled egg" breakfast pizza and can of "pepsi MAX"
Lunch: tuna fish sandwich, chips and cold water
Snack: piece of dark chocolate
Dinner: Hungry Man chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and brownie and cold water (no wonder my BG was 165!)
Snack: no snack as there was not enuf time between eating dinner starting at 5:05 pm, checking blood at 7:05 pm and racking out around 7:15 pm
