Breakfast: left over prime rib from earlier this week, microwaved potatoes and a can of pepsi MAX.

Snack: some dark chocolate (hopefully, not enough to trigger a migraine)

Snack: coffee and some oyster crackers; I have having a very hard time staying awake!

Lunch:  a rubin sandwich, potatoe salad, bottle of Diet Pepsi

Snack: movie popcorn and some "Diet Pepsi"

Dinner: Healthy Choice and a bottle of LandShark

Snack: something sweetwould have been nice butsome things are not so good for me, especially as I have to goto bed early...
