Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, Kathie's left over steak, 2 slices of sour dough toast and grape jelly and coffee

Snack: a piece of dark chocolate and coffee

Lunch: at the Rat for
  • two pieces of extra crispy white meat chicken
  • mashed potatoes
  • corn on the cob
  • bisquit with "butter" and "honey sauce"
  • medium "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: another piece of dark chocolate and coffee

Dinner: Marie Callender Home Style Boneless pork, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn with iced water
