- mashed potatoes

- bisquit with "butter" and "honey sauce"
- medium "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: another piece of dark chocolate and coffee
Dinner: Marie Callender Home Style Boneless pork, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn with iced water
