Breakfast; oatmeal, oyster crackers and some dark chocolate and coffee
Snack: small piece of dark chocolate and some coffee
Lunch: We went to King's Buffet and I had chicken dishes, rice, desert and "Diet Pepsi".
Snack: piece of dark chcolate
Dinner: Healthy Choice chicken "steamer" and a bottle of LandShark.
Snack: piece of sour dough bread with peanut butter and grape jelly.
