Breakfast: Fried up bacon and two eggs in my larger cast iron fry pan, two slices of sour dough toast with grape jelly and coffee
Snack: a piece of dark chocolate
Lunch: two hot dogs, chips and some boiled rice

Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf dinner and iced water
