Breakfast: scrambled eggs, coffee cake and coffee
Snack: small piece of dark chocolate
Lunch: We went to the Dodge House Restaurant for brunch and had:
- salad with French Dressing
- two servings of turkey
- two servings of mashed potatoes
- one slice of ham
- one slice of well cooked roast beef
- one roll with butter
- two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
- a piece of chocolate cake
Dinner: Healthy Choice Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo (Chicken breast and freshly made pasta tossed in a creamy Alfredo sauce with broccoli) and iced water

I had forgotten to take my pills and meter to work with me. So, I took my pills about 11:14 PM, checked my blood sugar, showered and then had a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich. I also had a piece of dark chocolate. I was quite surprised the late evening blood sugar reading was not a lot higher!
