Breakfast: a scratch meal of
  • two fried eggs,
  • English muffin,
  • 2 cups coffee
Lunch: Kathie brought me
  • Arby's beef gyro,
  • French Fries,
  • bottle of Diet Pepsi
Dinner: a little something I like occasionally
  • can of Campbell chicken noodle soup with
    • canned chicken
  • sandwich of
    • peanut butter
    • grape jelly
Snack: 2 gin and tonic (first in about a month)
