Breakfast: a favourite:
  • creaamme of wheat,
  • two slices of toast and
  • coffee
Lunch: At the DCCC for:



  • salad
  • chicken pieces
  • tomaotoe-noodle mixture
  • chocoalte cake with vinallia ice creamme


  • Dinner: Something new:


    • boiled beef roast
    • noodles
    • broccoli
    • and cold water
    Pre-Bed Snack:
