_____Breakfast: leftover SOS on toast and coffee, then cherros

________Lunch: chicken disks, french fries and Diet Pepsi

_______Dinner: leftover steak and baked potatoe and cold water

Pre-Bed Snack: I had two, both split with Kathie:
  • First was left over from Kathie's Library Consortum Meeting:
    • Ritz crackers
    • sliced sausage
    • cheddar cheese
  • Second was some Girl Scout shortbread cookies
    • I had dark chocolate chips with the shortbread cookies
