_____Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and coffee

________Lunch: At the Dodge City Community College for:
  • salad
  • spaghetti with meatballs
  • ice creamme and
  • "Diet Coke"
_______Dinner: I nibbled a bit and had: 
  • left over snack tray Kathie brought home,
  • two ears of boiled corn,
  • boiled rice and
  • cold water
Pre-Bed Snack: some dark chocolate chips
