Breakfast: milk toast and coffee
Lunch: Went to Jarod's Place for foot long meatball sandwich, chips and bottle of "Diet Coke"
Snack: bowl of frozen custard with fudge sauce at Fredies.
Dinner: Home made beef stew (with beef, potatoes and corn) and a bottle of LandShark
Pre-Bed Snack:

I didn't eat enough last night and kept waking up from about 2:00 am to about 4:30 am feeling hungry. I thought that I'd have low blood sugar this morning and yet, my waking blood sugar was above 100!
Once again, I'm shown that anticipating my blood sugar is futile!
