Breakfast: left over steak and potatoes from last night, stewed in  a small amount of stew and drank a somewhat flat bottle of Diet Pepsi.

Lunch: Taco Bell stuff and a medium "Diet Pepsi".

Dinner: A chicken, potatoe, corn and brownie  TV dinner and cold water
