Breakfast:I had
              * 2 left over sausage patties
              * some left over baked potatoe
              * 3 scrambled eggs
              * 2 cups of coffee

    Lunch: From Arbys for a beef gyro, fries and a "Diet Pepsi"

   Dinner: Large hamburger, potatoe salad and cold water.

    Snack: some dark chocate chips
