Breakfast: homemade SOS with bread and coffee

    Snack: about a teaspoon of chocoalte fudge

    Lunch: roast beef sandwich, chips and bottle of Diet Pepsi

    Snack: abouth a teaspooon of chocolate fudge

   Dinner: left over pizza and bottle Stella Artrois

    Snack: dark chocolate chips
