Breakfast:  bowl of wheaties and coffee

    Snack:  leftover steak and baked potatoe

    Lunch:  At the DCCC for:
            * salad
            * Jambalaya (kind of stew)
            * chicken diskettes
            * chocolate brownie
            * glass of "Diet Pepsi"

    Snack:  pastry from Dillions anhd cup of coffee

   Dinner:  I made a homemade type of roast wtih
            * 1.6 pounds steak
            * 3 large potatoes
            * large onion (chopped up)
            * a couple of tablespoons chopped garlic and juice
            * big glass of White Zin

    Snack:   small amount of dark chocolate chips:
