Breakfast: bowl Wheaties and then bread and milk; all with coffee

    Snack: small amount of dark chocolate chips

    Lunch: Burger King double hamburger with bacon, fries and "Diet Pepsi"
 
   Snack: dark chocolate chips

   Dinner: At the Beer Brewery Pub for
           * half of a pepperoni pizza
           * 14 oz glass of a nice Lager

    Snack: small glass of grapegfruit based rose wine
