Breakfast:  thin creamme of wheat,
          * 2 slices sour dough toast,         
          *  coffee

     Lunch: From Taco Hell Bell for          
          * 3 hard shell tacos,         
          * bottle diet Pepsi
          * Chips and dips

     Dinner: steak, baked potatoe, asparagus, cold water
      Snack: some dark chocolate chips
