____Breakfast: homemade hamburger SOS with bread
               coffee

________Lunch: spaghetti
               roasted beef
               vanilla ice creamme and some Root Beer
               "Diet Coke"  

_______Dinner: We went to Gymon Petro and I had:
               salad
               steak
               mashed potatoes. fully loaded
               roll with honey butter
               bottle of Stella Atwos
               I ate about half of my meal and brought the rest home. 

Pre-Bed Snack: gin-n-tonic
