chunk of bread and

noodles

small amount of dark chocolate chips

 

_______Dinner:  peanut butter sandwich

Diet Coke


Pre-Bed Snack: gin-n-tonic

AM 150 PM  240 

I find it strange that a peanut butter sandwich leads to much higher evening score than hamburger, noodles and speghettie cause does. Might have a lot to do with how long it takes to digest the food?
