________Lunch: From Wendys

double burger no cheese (which preactically dripped cheese)

baked potatoe with butter and sour creamme (neither was present)

Diet Coke no ice (but there was ice)

 

_______Dinner: Healthy Choice chicken and brocolli (which turned my stomch)

cold water


Pre-Bed Snack: gin and tonic

crackers

AM 123 PM 163 

My stomach is upset and my PM score of 163 ridiciously high given how little I ate!
