Breakfast: Aunt Jamima pancakes and sausage, a Diet Pepsi and a cup or two of coffee.

Lunch: Salad and Diet Pepsi.

Dinner: Applebys where I had one of their "two-items-you-pick-them" (steak and chickent), garlic mashed potatoes, mixed veggies and water. We had a cheese stick appetizer first...
