Breakfast: Cream of Wheat, 2 slices of toast, coffee


Lunch: A bowl of left over stew (breakfast most definitely did not hold me!

Then, a chicken club salad (from Arbys) and a Diet Pepsi.


Dinner: South Beach Diet™ Asian Inspired"Orange Beef" (beef slices and brown rice in Orange Sauce with Broccoli, Bamboo shnioots & Carrots and a Diet Pepsi...
