Breakfast: Bran flakes and a pork chop; coffee and a Diet Pepsi.

Lunch: A Skipper's Fish & Chip's Southwest Chicken salad and a Diet Pepsi

Dinner: A diet dinner of roast beef, potatoes, carrots and an apple cobbler. It sounds like it should jack the Blood Sugar but I had a good morning score the next morning. But, then, I've had horrendously high evening scores and reasonably low morning scores (a score of 119 for a fasting scroe the morning of the 11th, that is). Maybe I'll repeat what I had for dinner tonight (that being the evening of the 11th; I am writing this the morning of the 11th...)

Snack A small piece of left over boneless pork chop. I get very hungry a couple of hours after eatting one of those good-for-you diet type meals...
